2-1-1 is a free, confidential information and referral service that connects people to essential health and human services 24 hours a day, seven days a week online and over the phone.
2-1-1 is fully certified in crisis intervention by the American Association of Suicidology and is certified by The Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). AIRS is the professional association for over 1,200 community Information and Referral (I&R) providers.
What can this resource help me find?
If you begin to type in the "Search services or programs" box pictured above, the bar will begin to autopopulate with options. The search engine will then find resources, services, and programs related to that topic in whatever community you choose. Some examples of services it can help you find are: food pantries, housing, utility bill relief, mental health resources, child care, shelters, and more.
How can I contact an organization for help?
