Once you've read the meeting room use guidelines please fill out this form to request a meeting room.

If you prefer filling out a paper form please download it here and submit to the Circulation Supervisor.

Completing this form does not guarantee use of the room. Booking is based on availability with priority given to library programs. The meeting room coordinator will be in contact with you within one week to confirm your reservation or to recommend alternate meeting spaces.
