Connect with MNL: Technology Assistance

Are you looking for some extra assistance with technology? Maybe you’re starting to use computers or a new device for the first time, or perhaps you are having difficulty formatting a document, downloading a pdf, or logging on to that job site. 

We are always available to walk you through basic technology issues (especially the ones we know how to resolve). 

For more complex technology questions we offer one-on-one tech-assistance. These appointments will generally be with a Librarian, but on occasion a library volunteer or Library Assistant will be your trusted teacher.

  • Social media and Email

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Google Workspace

  • Resumes and cover letters 

  • Employment and job resources

  • Learning Management Systems, like Blackboard

  • Use of devices such as smartphones, tablets, e-readers and more

  • Accessing Library Apps!

  • More specialized projects will be considered–as librarians we are happy to learn new things. It may take us some time to research how to best serve you–we would never want to help someone without educating ourselves first!
